Equity means Equality. Everyone does the same work for the same reward. It does not matter if you earn $3 a month or $3000 an hour. Everyone has the same qualification requirements, markets the same international products, and receives the same share distributions based on personal performance. No one can buy their way in, because there are only ONE TIME product purchases for everyone. Nothing will be stored in your garage or under your bed. Everyone can join and market for free. The process is simple, learn to give before you receive. The process starts by the company giving an additional 66% product discount to a Loyalty Coupon holder, in exchange for them pledging that discount as points to the customer who provided the Loyalty Coupon.

Imagine you are on a stairway that has seven Floors above you and seven Floors below you.

As you enter the building, you are on the stairway on Floor 0 between the seven floors going up and going down.

You circulate points up the seven floors, and can receive points from the seven floors below you. Additionally, each participant sprinkles increasing amounts into a pool as they go up the floors, to be won by those with the most NEW personal business, no matter what floor they are on.

There are no qualifications for the targeted recipient to receive any Floor One points from three others.

But to be qualified to receive points beyond your Floor One, you will need to Step Up (first give) to those who came before you.

The chart above shows how many points you must share to qualify on each Step / Floor in order to receive 50% of the same Step / Floor points from others. You will need to receive shares from two customers on each Floor to break even.

You must build ONE Team for each Floor starting with the Third Floor to be qualified to receive on that Floor. Each Team consists of two personal sales and four sales from your combined personals’ sales.

In the IPF System, Ranks start at 0 with no share, Rank1 = Floor1, Rank2 = Floor2 Step1, Rank3 = Floor2 Step2, etc until Rank19 = Floor7 Step3.

✽ This chart only shows the points for the IPF Patent System. The eBook is 10% of these numbers. Additionally, there are no steps on Floor Two and Floor Three in the eBook, only Floors and Totals. Therefore with the eBook Rank1 = Floor1, Rank2 = Floor2, Rank3 = Floor3, Rank4 = Floor4 Step1, Rank5 = Floor4 Step2, etc until Rank13 = Floor7 Step3.

Floor One

Floor One is your 1st step towards freedom. You make a 200 Point share to Floor One, direct to the person who invited you with a Loyalty Coupon. (20 points with the eBook or 10% of the IPF System.)

This is called the First Generation Point Qualification. In reality the Floor could be anyplace above, below or in a different line altogether.

As example, if you invite two who do the same, you receive a total of 400 points.

The Person on the First Floor below you may or may not be someone you invite.

You share the Floor One points to the person that invited you, not the Person under whom you are placed, if different.

Floor Two

Floor Two is your 2nd step towards freedom.

You share 50% of 320 points two Floors above, targeting the Primary Recipient, if they are qualified. In reality, for each Rank or Step Up, you can share in Steps instead of the whole Floor. The steps were created to allow you to move up slowly mathematically based on how the average sales group grows. Do not worry about it. Just “push the Step Up button” as your group grows. If you have sufficient points in your wallet, the software will do all the calculations for you to keep you qualified.

Qualified means the IPF customer has previously shared at that Floor level.

If not qualified, the system will share their points 50% to the Company and 50% to the Pool. Everyone gets a two week grace period starting at registration qualifying them for all Floors. This gives them time to earn while “catching up” to the momentum.

This includes 20 1st Step, 100 2nd Step, and 200 3rd Step points.

The Parent is the IPF customer who invited the Target, also known as the “Primary”, receiving the points, and the Grandparent is the IPF customer who invited the Parent.

The matching 50% of points are shared 25% to the Parent and 25% to the Grandparent of the IPF customer targeted. These are known as the “Secondary”.

The Secondary MUST be qualified by giving points of at least the same qualification level as the Floor and Step of the points being received. If the Secondary is NOT qualified, they give their 25% share to the Company.

You receive 50% of the 320 points or 160 from all those who are 2 Floors below you if you are qualified. You still receive the Floor points if qualified, even if you are the Parent.

If you duplicate this process of two who get two, you easily cover your qualifying points from the potential four on your Second Floor.

If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of these points, and you are qualified on the second Floor, you will receive 25% or 80 points of each Floor Two point circulation. The Primary can be located ANYPLACE as long as they are in the sponsorship line. This greatly increases the number of potential second Floor matches to the number of children and grandchildren times four!

Floor Three

Floor Three is your 3rd step towards freedom.

You share 50% (320) of 640 points three Floors above, targeting the Primary, if they are qualified. If they are not qualified, the Company and Pool will split this share.

This includes 40 1st Step, 200 2nd Step, and 400 3rd Step Share points.

The other 50% (320) of the Targeted points is shared 25% (160) to the Parent and 25% (160) to the Grandparent of the receiving IPF customer, if they are qualified to receive points on the Third Floor. If these secondaries are NOT qualified, the share goes to the company. Help your everyone qualify. When they earn, they step up and YOU earn.

You receive 50% of the 640 points or 320 from all those who are three Floors below you, if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process of two who get two you easily cover your qualifying points from the potential eight on your third floor.

You need one Team point to qualify for Floor Three.

There are IPF and Bonus Pool shares, after twice the Floor Qualification.

In this example everything over 1280 points received on this Floor Three will send 5% to the IPF and 15% to the Pool.

If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of these points, and you are qualified on the Third Floor, you will receive 25% or 160 points of each Floor Three point circulation, no matter where they are located!

Floor Four

Floor Four is your 4th step towards freedom.

You share 50% (640) of 1,280 points four Floors above targeting the Primary if they are qualified.

This includes 80 1st Step, 400 2nd Step, and 800 3rd Step points.

The other 50% (640) of the Targeted points is shared 25% (320) to the Parent and 25% (320) to the Grandparent of the receiving IPF customer, if they are qualified to receive points on the Fourth Floor.

You receive 50% of the 1,280 points or 640 from all those who are four Floors below you if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process of two who get two, you easily cover your qualifying points from the potential sixteen on your fourth floor with a surplus.

There are IPF and Bonus Pool shares after twice the Floor Qualification of 2,560 points.

You need two Team points to qualify for Floor Four.

If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of these points, and you are qualified on the fourth Floor, you will receive 25% or 320 points of each Floor Four point circulation no matter where the Primary is located.

Floor Five

Floor Five is your 5th step towards freedom.

You share 50% (1,280) of 2,560 points five Floors above targeting the Primary, if they are qualified.

This includes 160 1st Step, 800 2nd Step, and 1,600 3rd Step points.

The other 50% (1,280) of the Targeted points is shared 25% (640) to the Parent and 25% (640) to the Grandparent of the receiving PPEC customer, if they are qualified to receive points on the Fifth Floor.

You receive 50% of the 2,560 points or 1,280 from all those who are five Floors below you, if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process you will continue to receive surplus points.

There are IPF and Bonus Pool shares after twice the Floor Qualification of 5,120 points.

You need three Team points to qualify for Floor Five.

If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of these points, and you are qualified on the Fifth Floor, you will receive 25% or 640 of each Floor Five points circulation.

Floor Six

Floor Six is your 6th step towards freedom.

You share 50% (2,560) of 5,120 points six Floors above targeting the Primary, if they are qualified.

This includes 320 1st Step, 1,600 2nd Step, and 3,200 3rd Step points.

The other 50% (2,560) of the Targeted points is shared 25% (1,280) to the Parent and 25% (1,280) to the Grandparent of the receiving IPF customer, if they are qualified to receive points on the Sixth Floor.

You receive 50% of the 5,120 points or 2,560 from all those who are six Floors below you, if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process you will continue to receive surplus points.

There are IPF and Bonus Pool shares after twice the Floor Qualification of 10,240 points.

You need four Team points to qualify for Floor Six.

If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of these points and you are qualified on the Sixth Floor, you will receive 25% or 1,280 of each Floor Six points circulation.

Floor Seven

Floor Seven is your 7th step towards freedom.

You share 50% (5,120) of 10,240 points seven Floors above targeting the Primary, if they are qualified.

This includes 640 1st Step, 3,200 2nd Step, and 6,400 3rd Step points.

The other 50% (5,120) of the Targeted points is shared 25% (2,560) to the Parent and 25% (2,560) to the Grandparent of the receiving IPF customer, if they are qualified to receive points on the Seventh Floor.

You receive 50% of the 10,240 points or 5,120 from all those who are seven Floors below you if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process you will continue to receive surplus points.

There are IPF and Bonus Pool shares after twice the Floor Qualification of 20,480 points.

You need five Team points to qualify for Floor Seven.

If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of these points, and you are qualified on the Seventh Floor, you would receive 25% or 2,560 of each Floor Seven points circulation.

Leaders find other leaders and it is easy to have Bob tell Mary who tells Bill and Bill, as a leader “Steps Up to Floor Three immediately, so beware.

If the top IPF customer was not Floor Three qualified he/she would lose 400 points in combined points instantly. There is a short two week grace period from the date of registration to help keep you from losing points in the beginning.

Important Notes

Please note that this is an incredibly simplified version of the Equity Distribution Formula. The points in this example are shown for the $300 IPF Patent System. All numbers would be 10%, less on each level for the eBook Ad, and the Ranks or Steps per Floor are different. We also will have different products and crypto currency. How the pools are distributed or determined was not covered. A major portion of the System is circulating the points from the Pools BACK to those currently working the hardest with new production.

Points currently are all relative to bitcoin. If you imagined them as dollars to purchase or cash out, they are close to correct, but currency changes can make the numbers very widely. Additionally, we WILL be using other crypto currencies. You should get a Waves Wallet ASAP.

The eBook Ad is $30 wholesale, the IPF Patent is $300 wholesale, as shown in this example. Once we get the cash flow system working we will go back and upgrade the PPEC and do the Auction Mall with the new software. The old PPEC is a separate company but tightly integrated with the IPF. The IPF and mall will eventually be moved back to the PPEC new software. In reality, we will probably integrate the eBook systems of the PPEC into the IPF over time.

No one circulates points to the First Floor above them unless it is their Parent. You will give the First Generation Qualification to the Parent no matter where they are located. There are NOT three steps on the first Floor. The full generation qualification points are circulated to the Parent. In the eBook, there are NO Steps on the first three floors.

If you tell more than three customers who join, you must first have shared to your Parent, or you will receive 50%, or less, share points until you do share.

After you have received double your qualification on each Floor, you will share 5% to the IPF for overhead and 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and 35% on level 1 to level 7 to the Bonus Pool. The Bonus Pool pays to those with Team points. You get one point for a combination of two Children and four Grandchildren, if each has qualified by sharing their first generation. The Bonus Pool is shared with the IPF separately for each Project and is used mainly for incentives. Pool points can only be used once, and they can accumulate between pools, if you are not one of the winning members.
